Matthew Santiago

Matthew is the Operations Manager at Spectra Aeronautics LLC, bringing expertise in cyber operations, cloud computing, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) from a distinguished U.S. Army career and advanced technical training.

As a U.S. Army veteran specializing in cyber operations, Matthew served as a Senior Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) at ARCYBER, Ft. Meade and as an Intelligence Specialist for the Department of the Army, focusing on SIGINT and offensive cyber operations. Trained as a Cyber Operations Specialist at Fort Gordon, Georgia, and a graduate of the Joint Cyber Analysis Course in Pensacola, Florida, he led multinational SIGINT programs and mentored analysts in network exploitation techniques, emphasizing precision and mission success.

Matthew holds a Masters in Cloud Computing and an FAA Part 107 license, with experience flying drones since 2014. Through Spectra Aeronautics, Matthew is dedicated to delivering agile, technology-driven solutions that enhance UAS capabilities, streamline operations, and push the boundaries of aerospace and cyber integration for modern defense missions.
